About the camp
In order to boost the “La Alondra’i” experience, we’ve created a luxury camp in the heart of the wetlands. On the way in and out, the boat ride will allow us o experience a unique perspective of ths natural sanctuary.
“Yaguareté Avá” provides the necessary confort that allows our guests to enjoy this experience in a special way. Two wooden platforms, elevated from the ground, give place to two comfortable tents for 2 guests each, with cots, mattress, pillows, sleeping bags and a small table. A third platform gives place to the dinning room, with wooden structure and bug screens and a roof, with the essential equipment will allow our guests to enjoy the best cuisine and cold beverages.
The camp presents a bathroom with hot shower for those looking to clean up after a long day of activities.
Our chef will take care of you for dinner, breakfast and lunch, always paying attention to details.
Activities
Yaguareté Avá will complement and enhance the wetlands experience for two main activities, The eco-safaris for those into observing the native widlifepara, and the fly fishing excursions.
Eco-Safaris
If you want to live and experience observing the unique native wildlife of the Ibera Wetlands, our deluxe camp will allow you go deep into the marsh, and immerse ino the nature affecting a little as posible the ecosistem and the life around. Your visit to the wetlands is not full without a night at the camp.
Fly Fishing
The more we go into the marsh, the less human presence you will find. This fly fishing paradise is the perfect spot for anglers looking to fish until the latest hour, and then again first light in the morning, in truly untouch waters, looking for dorados.
The Tents
Two spacious tents two lodge a maximum of 4 guests total, will provide the comfort as not many camps will. Each tent presents cots, sleeping bags, matresses, pillows and a small table for two guess.
Our Chef
Our chef will be in charge of the service since the moment you arrive until you leave the camp. He will take care of Dinner, Breakfast and lunch paying attention to detail, and adapting the menu to your dietary restrictions.
The Dining Room
Yaguareté Avá provides a comfortable dining hut, covered with bugs screens, kitchen and freezer.
For those dogging the warmest hour, we will provide hammocks for a nap on the shade.
